George Romero is one of my favorite filmmakers of all time. I especially love his zombie films, as you stated. Too bad Land of the Dead is he's last movie, but he is getting pretty old. 'Bout time he retired from directing.

He's not done yet! He's thinking of making a movie out of Stephen Kings book, From a Buick 8. And... he's already thinking about the sequel to Land of the Dead.

Oh yeah, I forgot about the Stephen King movie. I remember reading somewhere that he wanted Dakota Fanning in it but she couldn't because he agent was trying to find her a Oscar role, haha. But I had no idea about the sequel to Land. But, it could be possible considering on the back of Day of the Dead dvd, it even says "The third and final in the shocking trilogy." lol
